Doulce Mémoire is dedicated to forming close ties with the public and sharing its passion for the Renaissance period and its repertoire. For this Doulce Mémoire devises and proposes different formulas, in conjunction with its concerts:

Chats

Proposed ahead of performances, the chats, with Denis Raisin Dadre, give audiences an opportunity to learn about the programme (background information, etc.), ask questions and discuss the subject.

Concerts explained

Denis Raisin Dadre and the musicians and singers of Doulce Mémoire take a close look at excerpts from the concert and thus enable audiences to gain a better understanding of the richness and subtlety of Renaissance compositions.

Concerts with amateur choirs

Doulce Mémoire has been working with amateur choirs since 2004, mostly in the Centre Region of France. After training and preparation, the amateur choir appears in a specially adapted programme (concert) with the professional musicians of Doulce Mémoire.

Depending on circumstances, contexts and demand, other projects may be proposed: with libraries, for instance – musical readings, talks, demonstrations, etc. – or associations, specialist groups, and so on. (We are also open to suggestions.)
